What type of riders do you offer?

We have the following riders to choose from. You may make more than one selection on your online service request form.

Can I have multiple posts installed at one property?

Yes! Please let us know on your service request order.

How long after I place my request before my sign is installed?

Residential signs are installed within 24 hours. Our installation business days are Monday – Friday.

What it the sign/post is stolen or vandalized?

Once the sign/post has been installed, it is the responsibility of the agent (Client) to make sure the post and materials are there upon removal. If broken, missing, or vandalized, we will charge the client a fee. Please review the price list for additional fee information.

How do I contact NC Sign?

How do I pay my bill?

You will receive an invoice via email between the 1st and 5th of each month. You may pay online, have your credit card kept on file, or mail in a check (mailed to: 15174 Beyers Lane. Grass Valley, CA 95949) or by Venmo (@Claudia-Hodskins).

When is my payment due?

Please submit payment by the 20th of each month. A late fee of $25 will be charged if not received by the 20th.

How do I get my signs to you?

If you are a new client, you may have them shipped to NC Sign or we can pick them up at no charge as long as it is within our service area. You may also leave your sign at the listing property. Please let us know your choice when completing the online order form.

How do I begin services?

We make the process easy as it can all be completed online. Please go and select “Agreement” and then once completed, go to “Service Request” and submit.

Do you charge to remove the post/sign?

No. We will also store your signs for free. The intention is to save you time and allow for easy installation for your next service needs.

Do you offer sign storage?

Yes. We keep your signs in a dry location and clean them between installations – for FREE!

Do you offer flyer boxes?

Yes. There is a one-time charge. Please review the price list for additional fee information.
