Local Service Areas: 10-mile radius from Brunswick Basin. This includes most of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Alta Sierra, Lake Wildwood, Rough & Ready, and Cedar Ridge.
Extended Service Area: Anything beyond the Local Service area of 10-mile radius from Brunswick Basin. This will include Lake of the Pines, Auburn, North San Juan, Downieville, Sierra City, Truckee, Colfax, Chicago Park, Smartsville, etc. Please call or email for a quote should you need services in one of these communities or any other counties.
Coming Soon: A rider will be assessed a revisit fee for it to be removed once listed on MLS.
